WarMachine & Hordes by Privateer Press
The minis games are assemble, paint & play games, or in my case assemble and play. I started with WarMachine because I wanted to give mini painting a try. In the two years I’ve been playing, I can’t say I’ve gone from horrible to great, but I’m hanging in there. Painting is a very enjoyable aspect of the hobby. Allows you to be totally focused and block out the world around you. And that’s not a bad thing. I have some examples of my work on my personal webpage (frank.robertsguild.com)
- Computer Gaming:
GuildWars – I got into this game because I didn’t have to pay a monthly fee and I could still play online.Â
